Check out this fun little tool.. shared on twitter by the talented (and slightly bored at the time) P-Money.Bubble Tweet is a fun way to send a 30 second video tweet easily with no sign up required.
Just head over to bubble tweet and enter your username, record your video tweet, check it and then tweet the link.
When people click on the link it takes them to your twitter home page then a bubble pops up with your video tweet in it. Once it has played the bubble pops away leaving the viewer on your twitter page.
