I think Blogger has a number of advantages over other hosting systems (21 Classrooms springs to mind). If you going to do a high number of videos for your school/class/work you do need blogger as there doesn't appear to be a limit on the space. Your certainly not charged for it at any rate and although the templates are a bit limited you can always modify them...
